    Do you have a passion for trees and a desire to make a lasting impact on landscapes? Your Personal Gardener & Arborist (YPGA), a trusted name in horticulture and arboriculture for over 15 years, is seeking Certified Arborists to join our growing team.  As a Certified Arborist at YPGA, you’ll lead tree care operations, including pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, crown bracing, stump grinding, invasive species control, forestry mulching and plant health care services. You’ll work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure safety, quality, and exceptional service for our clients.

    What You'll Do:

    • Perform all aspects of tree care, including climbing, aerial lift operation, rigging, pruning, and removals.

    • Assess tree health and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

    • Operate and maintain equipment.

    • Oversee safety protocols, ensuring adherence to ANSI and OSHA standards.

    • Collaborate with clients to provide expert advice on tree care and property management.

    • Train and mentor crew members to develop their arboriculture skills.

    • Maintain accurate records of work orders, treatments, and materials used.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A dependable team player with a strong work ethic who is also physically fit and capable to lift heavy log & materials.

    • ISA Certified Arborist (required).

    • TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) certification preferred.

Plant Health Care is the integrated approach to repairing and protecting valuable trees and shrubs that cannot be replaced many times in a single lifetime or even two or three generations.

    What You'll Do:

    • PHC techs will be working on trees, shrubs, and lawns performing some of the following items:

    • Fertilization

    • Integrated pest management for both insects, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies

    • Decompaction of soil

    • Soil work with amendments

    • Lawn fertilization and broadleaf weed spraying

    • When all PHC work is complete YPGA will utilize our PHC techs for an assortment of additional estate care services

    What We’re Looking For:

    What You'll Do:

    • Check in with crews daily to ensure readiness, clarity, and efficiency.

    • Lead crews on active job sites, ensuring work is completed safely and to company standards.

    • Provide hands-on training and coaching to crew members.

    • Lead crews while monitoring job progress, quality, safety, labor efficiency, and material usage.

    • Identify and correct issues in real time.

    • Serve as the on-site liaison between crews and management while communicating job status, challenges, and needs to management.

    • Support new employee onboarding and skill development.

    • Ensure proper use and care of tools, trucks, and equipment.

    • Report maintenance needs or equipment issues promptly.
